TERMS OF PAYMENT
A) CASH PAYMENT :
1. Reservation Fee – P100,000.00 (non-refundable).
2. Balance payable in full payment three (3) days after payment and clearing of reservation fee.
3. All payments for the processing fee, capital gain, transfer fee and documents stamps has to be shouldered by G.M. SALES Real Estate Marketing Corp.
4. Upon clearing of the full payment the new homeowner can now transfer to his/her new residence while the transfer of TCT is being process by the GMS REMC Liaison Officer.
B) IN-HOUSE FINANCING :
1. Reservation Fee – P100,000.00 (non-refundable).
2. P 2 Million down payment payable three (3) days after clearing of reservation fee.
3. Balance shall be payable in six (6) equal monthly installment three (3) days after the payment and clearing of the down payment. 6 PDC checks shall be issued by the buyer to the owner, Mr. George M. Sales.
4. All payments for the processing fee, capital gain, transfer fee and documents stamps has to be shouldered and paid by GMSREMC.
5. Upon clearing of the full payment the new homeowner can now transfer to his/her new residence while the transfer of TCT is being process by the GMS REMC Liaison Officer.
C) BANK FINANCING :
Case to case basis – only if applicant is financially capable and acceptable to any banking institutions.
